These terms govern your use of ShopProof ("the app"), a social-proof and urgency application for OpoShop stores provided by Found. By installing or using ShopProof, you agree to these terms.
1. What ShopProof does
ShopProof adds honest, opt-in social-proof and urgency widgets to your storefront: recent-sales popups, live-viewer counts, low-stock notices, countdown timers, and a free-shipping progress bar. Every number it displays is drawn from your store's real data — orders, inventory, and live-visitor activity — read read-only. ShopProof does not fabricate sales or scarcity, does not modify your store, does not place, edit, or fulfill orders, and does not contact your shoppers.
2. Merchant control
You control ShopProof from its dashboard: each module can be toggled on or off, styled, thresholded, and targeted to specific pages. Widgets appear on your storefront only for the modules you enable. You are responsible for configuring ShopProof appropriately for your store and applicable law.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to manage the OpoShop store you connect.
- You are responsible for the settings you choose and for ensuring the widgets you enable are appropriate for your storefront and comply with applicable law.
- You must keep your OpoShop account credentials secure.
4. Availability
We work to keep ShopProof reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Widgets and counts are computed from your store's real data and are provided for display purposes on your storefront.
5. Data
Your use of ShopProof is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is accessed and how it is protected. ShopProof stores no payment card data, shows shoppers only a first name + city + product in sales popups, and scopes all data to your store.
6. Fees
ShopProof is installed through the OpoShop app store. Any pricing is as shown on the listing at install time.
7. Termination
You may uninstall ShopProof at any time from your OpoShop admin. On uninstall, its widgets stop showing on your storefront, we stop processing your store's data, and we will delete it on request.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ShopProof or from decisions made based on it.
